Q: When can I raise a dispute for an order?
A: You can raise a dispute only after your order has been marked as dispatched.
Q: How long do sellers have to dispatch an order?
A: Sellers have 14 days from the date of purchase to dispatch an order.
Q: How long do buyers have to raise a dispute after dispatch?
A: Once an order is dispatched, buyers have 14 days to raise a dispute directly from the Order Page using the “Raise a Dispute” button.
Q: What happens if a seller does not dispatch an order within 14 days?
A: The order will be automatically refunded if it is not dispatched within 14 days.
